Profile Images Guide
Use these recommended sizes so your profile looks sharp on mobile and desktop.
Avatar (Profile Picture)
- Recommended: 512 × 512 (square)
- Minimum: 256 × 256
- Keep your face/logo centered with breathing room.
- Avoid tiny text — it won’t be readable in small circles/squares.
Header / Banner Image
- Recommended: 1600 × 500 (wide)
- Safe area: keep important text/logos in the center 1200 × 380
- On mobile, the sides crop first — don’t place critical text near edges.
- Use simple gradients or clean photos to keep it premium.
If your image “doesn’t update”
- Hard refresh: Ctrl+F5 (desktop) or close/reopen browser (mobile).
- Try re-uploading with a slightly different filename.
- If you’re using iPhone Safari: wait 5–10 seconds and refresh once.
Pro tips
- Export as PNG for logos, JPG for photos.
- Keep file size under ~2–4MB for fast loads.
- Use a dark-friendly palette (gold/white accents look 🔥 on MediaHub).
